Return Policy

The short version
We want you to be happy with your stencil. If something is wrong with your order, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Standard catalog stencils
You can return an unused standard stencil within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. The stencil must be in its original condition. You pay return shipping.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping. You buy and print your own shipping label, and you pay the postage. We do not provide prepaid return labels. The one exception is if your stencil arrived damaged or was the wrong item, in which case we cover the cost of getting it back to us.
When you get your refund
Once we receive your refund request, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it to your statement.
Custom designs
Custom stencils are made just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges on them unless the item arrives damaged or does not match the design we approved together. If that happens, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will either replace the stencil or issue a full refund.
Damaged or wrong items
Sometimes packages get banged up in transit. If your stencil arrives damaged, broken, or is not what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days. We will ship a replacement at no cost or refund the full amount, your choice.
Cancellations
You can cancel a standard order any time before it ships. Custom orders can be cancelled before we start production. Once cutting starts, custom orders are final.
How to start a return
Email Borgellaholdingsllc@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about what is wrong. We will reply within one business day with next steps and a return address if needed.
