We only collect what we need to take your order, ship it to you, and answer your questions. We do not sell your information to anyone.

• Your name, email, and phone number when you place an order or send a custom design.
• Your shipping address so we can mail your stencil.
• The design files you upload for custom orders.
• Basic order details like what you bought and when.

Your card number, expiration date, and security code go straight to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store them on our servers. You can read more in the Stripe privacy policy.

• To make and ship your order.
• To send order updates and tracking emails.
• To reply to questions you send us.
• To keep records of past orders so you can look them up later.

We share your information only with the services we need to run the shop:

• Stripe processes your payment.
• Amazon Web Services hosts the site and stores design files.
• Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to deliver your stencil.
• Email providers to send you order updates.

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

We use small files called cookies to keep you logged in (if you have an account) and to remember what is in your cart between visits. We do not use cookies for advertising tracking.

We keep order records and the design files you uploaded for as long as we need them to support past orders, handle returns, and meet our tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time.

You can ask us to:

• Send you a copy of the personal data we have about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your account and personal data.
• Stop sending you marketing email (we mainly send order updates, not marketing).

BakePrint is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us their information, email us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page. Big changes will be announced on the homepage.
